Analysis on effectiveness
“We have always done it this way" is often the message when we ask why a certain customer acts in the logistics department. It may still be the best way to do it but chances are that in a ever changing world things may have changes that should result in a changed behaviour.
What we do when we look into the effectiveness of our customers is to ask a lot of questions related to the daily routines of the department.
The fact that an external person asks the questions result often in the fact that person being interviewed is able to let out steam and build up frustrations. Often we do however also see a lot of good ideas and constructive feed-back that should have been implemented long time ago.
The basic idea of these interviews is via dialogue to free up more time on a individual level by
restructuring, changing or eliminating tasks today taking time.
